Annual Satsang & The Holy 137th Birth Celebration of Sri Sri Thakur Anukulchandra- Michigan, USA

 

With the infinite grace of our Love Lord Sri Sri Thakur Anukulchandra and the blessings of Sri Sri Acharyadev, the 137th Holy Birth Anniversary Celebration of Sri Sri Thakur was observed with great devotion and enthusiasm on Saturday, July 12, 2025, in Michigan, USA. Over 400 devotees from Michigan and across various states in the USA participated in this spiritually charged event, creating an environment of bliss, harmony, and devotion. It is also noteworthy that Sri Sri Acharyadev has blessed the local devotees in Michigan by naming the newly rented center “Satsang Ideo-Percipience Centre,” just ahead of the Utsav—marking a moment of deep spiritual significance for Satsang America.

 

 

- The early morning Usha Kirtan and morning Satsang congregation set a deeply devotional tone for the day. Devotees gathered with serene hearts and spiritual enthusiasm, invoking a sense of unity and divine presence from the very beginning.

 

- The Women’s Conference brought together participants of all ages to reflect on the evolving roles of women in family, community, and society. The discussions highlighted how living by Sri Sri Thakur’s principles helps women develop strength, balance, and clarity—enabling them to foster peace and harmony in their surroundings.

 

- The Children’s Satsang and Youth Conference were among the most engaging parts of the daylong event. Energetic and enthusiastic participants of all ages showcased their talents through music, instrumental performances, and speeches centered on Sri Sri Thakur’s ideology. Many shared personal experiences of their spiritual journey, which inspired everyone to pursue an ideal-centric life.

 

- A powerful evening congregation echoed the teachings of Sri Sri Thakur, inspiring all to lead lives rooted in truth, service, and love. The melodious musical offerings and soul-stirring Kirtans uplifted the spiritual atmosphere to its peak, creating a vibrant and spiritually magnetic environment.

The event witnessed the initiation (diksha) of 7 devotees with the Holy Name of Sri Sri Thakur, and 3 devotees undertook the Swastayani Brata, marking a profound step in their spiritual journey. The presence of Sri Sri Thakur’s Punya Panjadhari Karmis from different states enriched the celebration.

The selfless hospitality and dedicated service by the local guru brothers and mothers of Michigan made this Utsav especially memorable. From organizing logistics to managing spiritual activities, their efforts ensured a smooth and soulful experience for all attendees.
